Meet Marissa, the visionary behind captivating, emotion-evoking visuals through design. As a seasoned entrepreneur, real estate investor, photographer, and marketing/social media savant, Marissa's talent as a designer shines through in her work. She exudes an infectious enthusiasm for showcasing her creativity through staging and crafting Instagram content. If one word could capture her essence, it would undoubtedly be "vivacious."

Nicole Lavios

Nicole, a proud native Houstonian, initially pursued her passion for social work, earning her master's degree from UT. After honing her skills in a corporate setting, she discovered her love for real estate and design. Nicole embarked on a journey flipping houses and furniture on the side, driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and creative instincts. This path led her to establish LXDG, where she continues to channel her drive and expertise. If there's one word to encapsulate her, it's "driven".

Karina Mejia

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Karina, a native Houstonian and seasoned Executive Assistant, became part of The Luxe Design Group in early 2024. With over a decade of experience providing top-notch administrative support in the luxury car and oil & gas industries, she was the perfect fit to elevate our client support. Her extensive corporate background, combined with unmatched communication skills, has made her an invaluable asset to our team. In her spare time, Karina enjoys immersing herself in books, exploring new travel destinations, and speaking Spanish with her adorable dog, Polo.

Trevon Taylor

STAGING DIRECTOR

Tre doesn't just stage homes — he transforms them. As LXDG's Staging Director, Tre brings a rare combination of raw talent and disciplined vision to every space he touches. A former college football player at East Texas A&M, he traded the field for the floor plan without missing a beat — the same grit, strategy, and teamwork that defined his game now define his craft. With over a decade of experience across luxury home staging, corporate furnished apartments, and event design, his eye for a room is nothing short of instinctive. A Louisiana native and die-hard Saints fan, Tre is as passionate off the clock as he is on the job — whether he's cooking, traveling, hitting the gym, or spending time at home with his dog, Brees.

Blair Lamont

MARKETING STRATEGIST

Meet Blair, a Houston native with a lifelong love for marketing and a natural eye for beauty. A Baylor University alum with a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Blair spent five years making her mark in real estate marketing — growing brands, mentoring agents, and telling visual stories across digital platforms. Photography has always been part of her DNA, and that creative instinct follows her everywhere she goes. Now channeling her energy into the luxury design space, Blair brings the rare combination of analytical thinking and artistic vision to every project she touches. When she's not crafting content, you'll find her behind a camera or somewhere new in the world. If one word could capture her, it would be “radiant.”

Kelsey

INTERIOR DESIGN TEAM

Kelsey is a proud alumna of the University of North Texas. She has honed her skills in interior design with a strong foundation in both hospitality and luxury residential design. Her notable design projects include 4 ultra-upscale steakhouses located in different cities across the states; a private yacht; and multiple full-scale design projects for multi-million-dollar residences. Kelsey’s discerning eye for beautiful finishes, quality, and furnishings ensures that every project she touches is both aesthetically pleasing and meticulously crafted. Inspired by the work of Kelly Wearstler, Kelsey’s design sensibility combines bold creativity with refined elegance.

Headed by two dynamic leaders, LXDG has evolved into a full-service Staging and Design Studio, boasting a warehouse brimming with designer furniture and a team of seasoned professionals.
